Claude stands out for its particularly natural and nuanced writing and its great ability to analyse long documents (contracts, files, reports) without losing track. Anthropic also emphasises the caution and safety of its responses. It's our preferred model for use cases where quality writing and analysis are paramount — typically in the legal field or for summarising case files.
ChatGPT (OpenAI): Versatility and ecosystem
ChatGPT is the most versatile and well-known model, with the richest ecosystem: image generation, browsing, and numerous tools and integrations. It's an excellent Swiss Army knife for daily productivity and general-purpose tasks. Its widespread adoption often makes it the entry point for teams.
Gemini (Google): Google integration and search
Gemini shines for those who live in the Google universe (Workspace, Gmail, Docs) and for use cases related to search and real-time information. Its native integration with Google's tools is a major asset if that's your work environment.
Which AI should you choose for your use case?
- Writing, legal, document analysis → Claude is often the most proficient.
- General-purpose use, productivity, image creation → ChatGPT for its versatility.
- You are 100% in Google Workspace → Gemini for its integration.
But be warned: for serious professional use, manually comparing models in their public-facing interfaces is not the right approach.
The real challenge for a business: integration, not the model
When deploying AI in a business, the question "Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?" becomes secondary. What really matters is:
